Complaints and shortcuts

We accept returns and exchanges of clothes ordered in our store. Both processes have been maximally simplified in order to accelerate their implementation. Follow the instructions below.

The return / exchange process:

1. Pack the product, attach the completed return card to the package. Remember that the clothes should be properly packaged so that they do not get damaged during transport.

2. Address the package to our address:

with the note "RETURN"

3. For your convenience and the possibility of complaint of the shipment sent, please send us returns or exchanges with confirmation of posting. The returned product is valuable and without confirmation of posting in the event of loss, you will not be able to claim the parcel


  • The customer has the right within 14 days of receiving the package to report a return, without giving a reason.
  • The Top Shop company reserves the right not to accept returns / exchanges of clothes that have any signs of use.
  • The Top Shop company does not accept returns of clothes sent to us on delivery.
  • Top Shop does not refund shipping costs incurred by the buyer when returning the goods for exchange / return.

The Top Shop company in case of withdrawal from the contract does not refund shipping costs to the buyer's account and only transfers the amount for the returned goods.
